The app
Postproof is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms.
Free use and Postproof Pro
You can prepare one video every seven days for free; free videos carry a small "Made with Postproof" mark. Postproof Pro gives unlimited videos without the mark and is available monthly, yearly or as a one-off lifetime purchase. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel them at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your Apple Account settings. Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple.
Video packs
A pack gives videos without the mark. Each finished video uses one. Packs don't expire.
- Bought in the app through Apple: five videos, which belong to that iPhone. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple.
- Bought on this website with Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba or card: 1, 5, 10, 15 or 20 videos, priced on the Buy videos page (currently MWK 1,000 for one video, down to MWK 650 a video in a pack of twenty). You need to sign in with Apple, and the videos go on that account. Use them in the app by signing in with the same Apple ID. Payments are processed by PayChangu.
Videos are added once the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. If a paid pack doesn't appear within 24 hours, contact us with the payment reference and we'll sort it out.
Refunds for website purchases
Before you pay, you ask us to add the videos to your account straight away, and you confirm that you understand you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel once they're added. Because of this, we don't give refunds once a pack is on your account, whether or not you've used the videos.
We will put things right if something goes wrong on our side:
- You paid, but the videos never reached your account: we add them or refund you.
- You were charged twice for one pack: we refund the extra payment.
- A video fails to prepare because of a fault in Postproof: we put that video back on your account.
Contact us with your payment reference. If you delete your account, any videos left on it are deleted too and can't be refunded.
What Postproof does
Postproof prepares videos so they hold up better when WhatsApp compresses them. How a video finally looks depends on WhatsApp, your connection and your settings, so we can't guarantee a particular result.
Your videos
Your videos stay yours, and they stay on your iPhone. Only use Postproof with videos you have the right to share.
Postproof is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK. If you live in another country, you may also have rights under its consumer law that these terms can't take away.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
